St. Pete Uber Eats Driver Given Two Stars
Antoine Friedrich, an Uber Eats delivery driver from St. Petersburg was awarded a two-star rating after completing an order for Mark Stillerson yesterday.
“I ordered the Berry Stuffed French Toast Slam from Denny’s and not only did it take a really long time but when it got here, the French Toast was soggy and the eggs I had ordered scrambled had been prepared over medium. Plus, I requested extra ketchup packets and he only brought three. Did not enjoy very much. Do better” – Stillerson’s anonymously submitted justification for the two-star review
The order originated from the Denny’s on Dale Mabry in Tampa, one of the few area restaurants open yesterday, with an end destination of an apartment complex in Pinellas Park, over 30 miles away. At the time Friedrich was traveling south on I-275 across the Howard Franklin Bridge, it was being battered by high winds and enormous waves sweeping across the entire span due to Hurricane Helene.
“I know all that,” said Stillerson. “That’s why I gave him two stars and not zero.”
