Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was spotted at International Mall returning a pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses to the Louis Vuitton store.
“They made me wait in that line outside just to return these.” DeSantis shook his head addressing the gathering of press outside of the store.
“They were just too expensive, I couldn’t do it.” DeSantis said.
“I thought they were great, I do love them, I just can’t imagine myself not being concerned about their well-being every time I went out.” The Governor continued.
“I mean, you know, if I’m out at a party and I’m wearing these things and I put them down, I’m going to be like, nobody better sit on those things or like knock them over or I’m out eight hundred bucks!” DeSantis flailed his arms like “can you believe this?”
“Yea, you tell ‘em!” I shouted in support to Governor DeSantis as he addresses another journalist.
Then he turned to me and went, “Yea, you get it!” And we laughed.
“I like the shades Mr. Governor!” Another journalist yells.
“Thank you!” DeSantis responded.
After that, DeSantis walked back into the store and bought the same glasses he had just returned.
While he was walking out he turned to the press pool and said, “I like ‘em, what can I say.” And shrugged and walked out of the mall.
