Dignitaries invited to be honored at TNF 2000th Article party
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Florida Senator Rick Scott have been invited by Tampa News Force to appear at the TNF 2000th Article Celebration / Free Beer Estate Sale Costume Contest, this Sunday, October 30th at Café Hey in Tampa for the sake of being presented with special meritorious achievement awards.
The following was sent to each of their offices on Wednesday, October 19th…

Tampa News Force is pleased to invite you to our 2000th Article Celebration / Free Beer Estate Sale Costume Contest. It will be held at Café Hey in Tampa on Sunday, October 30, 2022, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. We would be honored to have you join us and accept an award we will be presenting to honor your contributions to the success of our organization by inspiring us to produce content.
Given your recurring presence in articles posted to our site, we think this would be a great event for you to share your priorities and to learn firsthand how Tampa News Force works to provide high-quality satire and parody content to readers all over the world. The 2000th Article Celebration / Free Beer Estate Sale Costume Contest is an excellent occasion to reach families, educators, and community partners who visit our site, many of whom are eligible, if not encouraged, to vote (and exist) in the state of Florida.

In the highly unlikely event that either or both of them are unable to attend, someone extremely appropriate to represent either or both of them has agreed to accept the honors on their behalf. If that doubtful circumstance occurs, the moment will be captured on video to be shared with the world, but it would certainly be more fun if you witnessed it in person. But they’ll probably both show up because why wouldn’t they? Either way, you should be there.
That’s the FREE party at Café Hey in downtown Tampa on Sunday, October 30th from 4pm until 8pm, sponsored by Mean But Clean Soap. There will be refreshments (FREE BEER!), entertainment, awards given out and a John Jacobs Estate Sale featuring genuine John Jacobs lifestyle merchandise used by/created by/worn by original Tampa News Force founder John Jacobs, in addition to the scheduled appearances of Senator Scott and Governor DeSantis.
Also, wearing costumes is encouraged because it’s the day before Halloween and people love wearing costumes *.
