Chinese Spy Balloon Industry Files Class Action Suit Against Drones

Chinese Weather/Spy Balloons, that terrorized American airspace for a couple of months two years ago, have announced that they have retained Florida accident lawyer John Morgan to represent them in a class action lawsuit against drones.

”It was less than two years ago that huge Chinese balloons were flying around and freaking Americans out, establishing themselves as the exclusive purveyors of this particular service,” said Morgan. “Now out of nowhere we have these robot helicopters coming along and attempting to usurp my clients without even an offer of fair compensation. This transgression can not stand. Or hover menacingly.”

The balloons are seeking $10 million in compensatory and punitive damages to reimburse them for losses suffered due to discriminatory practice, unfair business conduct and emotional distress.
