Doctor changes name to “God”

After successfully removing a cyst from a Tampa man’s left buttock, a physician at Tampa General Hospital has legally changed his name to “God”.

“That’s Doctor God,” he said. “Because unlike those other phony entities to whom you devote praise and worship, I’ve earned my accreditation.”

“University of South Florida, class of 21. What up,” he added.

“This way, whenever someone says ‘God help me’ or ‘God damn it’ or ‘God save us’, I’ll say, ‘I’ll try but I’m just a man’ and it’ll be hilarious because irony.”

Meanwhile, exhausted nurses named Susan, Angela and Hector have opted to not change their names and just quietly continue to do their jobs of helping people.
