Man Missing After Criticizing 717 Parking

A Tampa Heights man has been missing for almost a week and his family and friends are concerned that something tragic has happened. 

Dale Bozzizzio was last seen at Cafe Hey on Franklin Street, commentng loudly about the street parking, which had been free of charge for a long time suddenly being metered and costing $2 an hour.

“I’ve been parking here for free for years, and if I’m being honest, I’ve always loved the irony of 717 Parking’s Operations Center being on this street,” he was heard saying. “It must have driven them insane, that people could park right outside their door without having to give them a single penny.”

He left after eating lunch but apparently never made it back to his car parked less than a block away.

Anybody who has information about his disappearance should contact authorities but probably shouldn’t mention it anywhere near the 717 office.
