New Florida Homeowner Should Probably Get Help Decorating New Home

Amanda Holzwigger recently moved to the area from Hartford, Connecticut, after purchasing a house on Pelican Lane in John’s Pass in Pinellas County.

“I’ve always wanted my own house that I could decorate any way I want,” she said. “And I want to decorate it by keeping my most valuable possessions and treasured keepsakes, the things that can’t ever really be replaced, as close to ground or sea level as possible.”

“It’s ergonomically sensible, plus I just like the aesthetic of blank space up high,” she added.  “It makes the rooms look bigger.”

“Look how perfect everything is, just below the many windows with a wide-open view of the water only a few feet away,” she said.

”Yes, this is definitely a place where every thing of value that I own and I will be safe forever and ever,” she said.

The house was originally listed at $4.3m but the price suddenly dropped to $26k about two weeks ago for some reason.

”I would have been crazy not to buy it,” she said as she unrolled an extremely expensive Oriental rug passed down to her from her late grandmother as it began to rain outside, causing her neighbors to run to their cars, screaming.
