Comedian performs comedy marathon for confused Tampa airport train passengers
Christopher Spata of the Tampa Bay Times reported on the release of the Tampa News Force production of Plane Train.
Passengers boarding Tampa International Airport’s SkyConnect train were greeted by an unusual site recently: a stand-up comedian there to entertain them on the four-minute ride between the main terminal and the rental car center.
Whether they enjoyed the unexpected show, or simply endured it, see for yourself by checking out the short film Plane Train, which captured one of the more unusual sites at the airport this year.
Comedian John Jacobs spent a full day “headlining” train cars full of confused travelers, along with his host Clark Brooks, who introduced him. Another local comic, Josh Santos, shot and directed.
