Super Bowl boycotts Tom Brady
For the second time in 3 years, the NFL Super Bowl has boycotted Tom brady without any explanation.
“Just because we lose, doesn’t mean Tom shouldn’t be in the Super Bowl.” Said Chet Lamley, 4th-string running receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
“We’re working on changing the rules of the league so Tom will be included in every Super Bowl.” Said Benjamin Noodles, head rule-keeper of the National Football League.
I’m done, I can’t do this one, those few sentences are more than enough for this headline. It doesn’t deserve anymore. I’m retiring my story.
Actually, I’m un-retiring my story, it wants to do more storying.
“Tom said he was happy that he was going to be included in all Super Bowls” I said to myself redundantly.
“I’m a great story and I like being a story.” My story said, right here.
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop? An owl said, without using quotes.
“Every time we Super Bowl, we’re gonna do it for Tom.” Saluted an old man standing in the median of Bayshore boulevard, facing the water with one tear rolling down his eye, veering into his mouth half-way down his face.
The story has decided to retire again. But this time it’s going to do it alone. Without my help. The story has decided that I was great but ultimately it can do things on it’s on and maybe we have different interests and paths in life and there’s nothing wrong with that. I accept the story’s decision and I’m going to continue writing stories that are different from this one and are just completely different stories with nothing in common at all, and that’s fine, and every story is special, but who knows maybe this story was the best story ever and no other story will ever win as many awards as this story. So we’ll talk about this story for years and go “remember that story that was like, such a good story? Wow. What a good story. Let’s look at some highlights.”
I could see that.
Sometimes I imagine people hate reading my articles, can you imagine hate reading this? Hating on the greatest story of all time?
You think, “I hate this person, I hate his work, for some reason I’m still inclined to look at it and criticize it, it’s fun for me, I like it. I enjoy this. Very fulfilling.”
But as 2pac said in that famous song that came out after he died, “That’s just the way it is.”
