A WingHouse in Clearwater has changed it’s sign to read “Martin Luther WingHouse” in commemoration of black history month. Through the month of February the location will offer special items on it’s menu to honor Dr. King such as the, “I have a dream” chicken basket which will include a mixture of white and black dipping sauces, as well as the “March” mellow covered sweet potatoes for Dessert.

“We wanted to do our part to honor black history month and we figured what better way than offering deals and having fun by educating through our cuisine.” Said Martin Pledgemore, manager of the Clearwater WingHouse.

The establishment will also honor a 50% discount off all meals for black people. Skin color or documentation of African descent will be accepted as proof.
