On Saturday, January 29th, just less than two weeks from now, a huge crowd will gather along Bayshore Boulevard as bead-throwing, rum-swigging pirates invade Tampa. Now is the time to start making your plans and the first thing you need to do is decide if you even want to go.

There are a lot of factors to consider: It’s crowded. It’s rowdy. Maybe you go every chance you get and wouldn’t dream of missing it. Maybe you went once and didn’t enjoy it but want to give it another shot. Maybe you’ve never gone but want to see what it’s all about. Maybe it doesn’t appeal to you but you might try.
