Tampa News Force congratulates 2023 Creative Loafing Best of the Bay winners

Tampa News Force, nominated, twice, in the category of “Best Newspaper That Isn’t Creative Loafing” for a 2023 Best of the Bay award finished behind Watermark Magazine, La Gaceta Newspaper and overall winner, the Tampa Bay Times and would like to sincerely congratulate all of those fine publications on the achievement.

While we are disappointed that we didn’t win, there’s no shame in losing to such well-respected journalistic institutions. We remain undeterred and will continue filling our role as Tampa Bay’s only creator of parody and satire and presenting fresh content daily.

Admittedly, our coverage of fast-food chicken tendy chain restaurant grand openings lags significantly behind that of the award presenters themselves. This gives us the opportunity to improve in that and other areas of local interest and importance.
