You need to find some sort of device which allows you to switch bodies with another person, I would suggest a body-switch-o, which you can buy at any Home Depot or Lowes in your area. People have famously used it on celebrities during concerts which is why they have been banned from most public events. But if you’re able to use it on a cop, you will switch places with them, and be in their body, then easily be able to citizens arrest them.
Say The Magic Words
When every cop is sworn in and takes the police officer oath, they have put themselves under a certain code in which they must obey whoever utters the magic words to them at any moments regardless of circumstances. The magic words are a code of words you must say in this specific order, as follows: Alpha, Munchkin, Zebra, Delta, Taco, Taco, 49, Congo, Blitzen, Dash, Dash, Dash, Señorita, Bulldozer, Cooper, Candy.
If you say that code, the cop will freeze immediately, and then follow whatever orders you give them as if they’ve been hypnotized, because they kind of are.

Disable The 5G Towers
Cops radios work through 5G and if you turn off the towers, they will lose all power and be incapable of making arrests or any other decisions.
