Is breathing good for you? 5 signs that it might not be
Most people would consider breathing good for your health. But these side-effects might prove that it’s not.
Last Breath
Before you die you take your “last breath.” If you didn’t breathe you would never have a last breath and you would never die. Breathing ages you, and passes time. When time passes, you get closer to death. If you don’t breathe, your body won’t age.
Lungs
Your lungs contract and expand when you breathe. That’s wear and tear. That’s not good. When you don’t use something, it stays in mint condition. The less you breathe, the healthier your lungs will be.
Coughing
Sometimes when you breathe it leads to coughing. Coughing is bad for you. Coughing can lead to death. When you breathe, you increase your chances of coughing. Not breathing eliminates this issue.
Bugs
When you breathe you can accidentally swallow bugs, and bugs in your lungs can be bad for your health. They can cause you to choke. Also, odds are you will take the life of the bug that flies into your mouth when you’re breathing. That’s wrong to kill things. So when you breathe, you’re increasing the chance of taking innocent lives. Don’t do that.
Oxygen
Oxygen is 1 part of H20, which makes up water. By putting oxygen in your body, you’re raising the probability of creating water. When you create water inside of yourself you can drown. By breathing you can potentially drown yourself and die. You shouldn’t do that.
Conclusion:
Breathing might be necessary for now, but it comes with a whole bunch of health risks that you must face at your own risk. If you want to be completely safe, it’s most beneficial to never breathe.
